Well, so so the five hours a day is it is a deliberate thing to keep peak brain performance. But I developed that because I got burned out so quickly as an entrepreneur. But, you know, when I think about it now, looking back to my smart and I probably spent 75 percent of my time sitting in a meeting room talking about nonsense. And then when you go to work on your own, I'm starting from the computer thinking I must be doing it wrong because I seem to have finished my work already. So, so I decided to structure a company based with vendors and contractors instead of employees. And so, you know, I have 76% net profits within two years.
